Yummy Goat Cheese & Honey Appetizer

My friend Lin was so excited to see this dish on the menu...Paella. She had this dish when she was in LA at Eva Longoria's Restaurant called Beso. Paella is a typical Spanish recipe traditionally cooked in a "paellera" - a round flat pan with two handles - which is then put on the table. Our pan was filled with mussels, clams, squid, octopus on top of saffron-flavored rice! It was SO good!
