My good friend Mariel & her boyfriend wanted to try out this new bakery in Midtown, they asked me to join them for lunch on Monday and I was trilled! Mariel's father went to Trinity University in San Antonio with the owner of Prairie Thunder Baking Co. Small world huh!?!
For lunch they have a small menu of sandwiches, soups, & salads. I had their chicken panini, Mariel enjoyed their tortilla soup and Kyle munched on their daily special baguette which comes with your choice of cookie! The breads are their speciality, made fresh everyday! They have lots of desserts & pastries that looked delish! Mariel got their apple pie with cinnamon whipped topping to go!
