Sure! Why not? I never eat breakfast but I couldn't resist the cupcakes that were sitting (calling my name) in our kitchen at the office. You see, our office is not the normal everyone bake food and bring it to the office type. But I so wish it was! ha! My other girlfriends always tell me about the yummy food they are having catered in, customers bringing food for them or a huge buffet on a Friday! BUT today was my lucky day - carrot cake with cream cheese icing! I am not a huge fan of carrot cake or icing but this little treat was made all from scratch - nothing from a box or can (which I have never done before)! Props to all of you that have! :)
It was an ah-mazing breakfast!!!!
