Friday night Jeremy & I went to one of our favorite spots for dinner, Kang's Asian Bistro click HERE to see their website. We always have dinner in their lounge, less crowded too. Jeremy usually gets a big bowl of their hot & sour soup or the chow fun noodles, which are wild rice noodles - SO yummy & soft, kind of reminds me of a crêpe. They are topped with mixed veggies and he adds shrimp. I ordered a salmon sushi roll and the Mountain sushi roll. This roll was HUGE - I had to get a photo of this monster! It has shrimp tempura, salmon, yellowtail tuna, spicy mayo, eel sauce, cucumbers and green onions. While we were there we ran into our neighbor who was picking up take out for him & his wife so it was nice chatting with him as well as the owner who sat next to Jeremy.
